No paid services are currently sold directly on this website and no online contracts are concluded here. The actual use of our future platforms and products will take place via separate domains, where detailed Terms of Service will be published.

Key principles that will apply to our future services:

clear description of the service, price and billing period (for subscriptions);
clear indication of when a contract is concluded and when service delivery starts;
transparent rules for cancelling subscriptions before the next billing period;
compliance with applicable Bulgarian and EU consumer-protection and e-commerce laws.

Privacy and Data Protection
For our future online services, SimpliCo Ltd. will act as a data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Depending on the service, we may process:

identification data (such as name and email address);
billing and payment data (processed via authorised payment providers, e.g. Stripe);
technical data (logs, IP address, device information) for security and service improvement.

Data subjects will have the rights provided under GDPR, including:

right of access to their personal data;
right to rectification or erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
right to restriction of processing and right to object;
right to data portability;
right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (e.g. the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection).

Refunds, Withdrawal and Cancellation
For paid digital services and subscriptions, SimpliCo Ltd. will apply the applicable EU consumer protection rules for distance contracts. For certain types of digital services or content, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited where:

access to the service is provided immediately after payment; and
the consumer has been clearly informed and has expressly consented to this.

The specific conditions for withdrawal, subscription cancellation and refunds will be clearly stated for each service at the time of conclusion of the contract.
